Helping You Ask for More

Hey. I’m Mazarine Treyz.

Since 2009 I’ve helped thousands of people ask for more, whether in their fundraising work or a business that thrives. I’ve also worked in government contracting, helping all sorts of small businesses learn how to partner and market themselves to get lucrative government contracts.

Now I’m here to help you connect with a deeper, more aligned form of asking for more—and to build a successful consulting business while you do it. Does my system work? Check out what people say here.

I’ve helped thousands of nonprofit folks and consultants just like YOU align with their skills, spirit, and business sense so they can build successful revenue generating programs and fulfilling lives. With the resources I’ve created, you’ll have what you need to develop both the skill set and mindset to help your org succeed and your clients transform their lives.

Best of all, you’ll have a business that’s fully aligned with your values and your purpose, and an unshakable confidence in your abilities as a coach, consultant or business owner.

Here are my certifications

I got certified in Transformational Leadership from the Racing to Equity Institute in December 2021. On top of this, I’m a certified woman-owned emerging small business with multiple government contracts under my belt in Oregon. I’ve developed multiple streams of passive income with products, referrals, and more. In 2017 I worked with an intimacy coach, in 2019 I worked with a business coach, and since 2020 I’ve been focusing on learning how to ask for more. Now I’m passionate about helping you develop multiple streams of income so you never have to worry about money again.

How we can work together:

I’m the creator of the Ask for More framework and mastermind, a veteran business owner with years of experience going from living on unemployment to creating a successful 6 figure business, host of the Ask for More podcast, and author of the books The Wild Woman’s Guide to Fundraising, Get the Job! Your Fundraising Career Empowerment Guide, and 10+ courses on fundraising. Plus a lot of art!

I’ve been making art ever since I was little. I know just how challenging yet fulfilling creative work can be. In this uncertain time, we’re going to need to get creative. That’s why I infuse creativity into everything I do, from presentations to coaching sessions. Because we create and recreate our sessions the same way twice, our time together will be fun, focused, and move you forward.

And I know that, while you’ve got the desire to ask for more, knowing how to create a framework that matches your personality while mastering the art of asking is a whole new world.
